Forres Sandle Manor School Girls-U10 vs  Walhampton Girls-U10B
On: Wednesday, 12 Jan 2022
Venue: at Home

The mighty U10 team took to the pitch against Walhampton with a hearty warm up behind them! We were off to a flier with Kate leading the way with some accurate shooting and FSM quickly began to dominate possession. Playing 'Bee Netball' enabled all the girls to play in each position and they demonstrated their versatility by showing good skills in every position. Bea led the way with her quick passing and Sophia's movement off the ball was impressive. Eloise stuck closely to her opposition player and Rowena invented her own way of scoring by rebounding it off the post, not once, but twice. Both Eloise and Rowena deserve a mention for their celebratory jig after scoring! We looked good when we moved the ball quickly and, to put it politely, were menaces without the ball by making it difficult for Walhampton to find any space. Bea was chosen by the Walhampton girls as player of the game but I would have given it to the whole team. An 8-2 victory was a good start to the season so well done, girls!
