In our four team tournament, we first played Salisbury Cathedral School and came away as 3-0 winners with two goals from Max and one from Josh. Next up was Bryanston (and this was the team that won the Moyles Court six-a-side tournament). We played some good football and were two up at half time thanks to goals from Max and Josh. In the second half we extended our lead with further goals from Seb and Marius. The final match was against Clayesmore (who had won their opening two games too). This was a tight match and it was decided by Max after he scampered through and finished neatly passed their oncoming goalkeeper. Overall in the three games, the boys scored eight goals and did not concede any with the boys at the back doing a stirling job of giving Yehor a reasonably quiet afternoon. Charlie deserves a big mention for his debut performance for the U13A team. It was good to see so many names on the scoresheet and solid performances all across the pitch. That said, man of the match today goes to Marius for his tigerish workrate and eye for a pass (and nice goal too). Well done boys.
